A collaboration has been established with the University of Zielona Gora, which has a 50cm PlaneWave remote-controlled telescope in Spain. This instrument has been integrated into the SUTO network focusing on observations for the TESS satellite mission. The UZPW50 telescope is used by the University of Zielona Góra for many observing purposes, also outside the research areas of the SUTO group. However, the planning of the observations is performed using software solutions developed in SUTO group.

The first publication of the Kilonova Catcher program in which we participate has been prepared. Observations at the Otivar remote observatory were used. The draft article has been posted on the ARXIV platform at https://arxiv.org/abs/2202.09766

We have prepared and submitted an application for a project on the use of machine learning methods in processing astronomical images. We applied in the NCN OPUS competition. Within the planned grant we would like to purchase and install a multi-telescope workstation in our remote Otivar observatory in order to collect unique data acquired synchronously from a large telescope (50 cm) and smaller optical instruments. The value of the grant is estimated roughly at 1.5 mln PLN. We expect the results of the first stage of application assessment in April 2022.

We established cooperation with the House of Culture in Koszęcin, where 3.5m dome with Celestron 0.3m telescope is installed. We plan to develop this unit in order to incorporate it into the SUTO observatories network. We met with an extremely nice reception of the collaboration plans. We plan to start work in the summer of 2022.

We have applied for GPU cards A5000 at NVidia hardware grant. We plan to develop methods to improve the quality of astronomical images using machine learning techniques. Learn more about this NVidia competition at https://mynvidia.force.com/HardwareGrant/s/Application

After less than a year of preparation and testing, we have started the default operation of the SUTO-Solar observatory. We make available raw and JPEG data as well as videos presenting the overview of solar activity recorded by our telescopes. It is also possible to download zipped archives from each day of SUTO-Solar observations. More information in the "Solar observations" tab.
